The Divine Dog Wisdom Cards is an adorable oracle deck based all on man's unconditional best friend, the dog.

This cute and inspiring 62-page oracle and 140-page paperback book set arrives in a heavy duty lift off top box that is shrink wrapped in plastic. The box did have a bit of marring. The deck housed inside was also sealed in shrink wrap. Surprisingly, this deck had very little chemical smell when it was opened.

The cards measure 3 3/4" wide x 5 1/2" tall, which makes them larger than standard which will require an alternative shuffle from riffle-bridge for most people. The images are printed on cardstock that is thick but flexible. The deck has a very shiny laminate that is slightly sticky, this should be remedied by using some fanning powder. I did note a little bubbling around the edges of a card or two, which
could indicate laminate peeling down the road, but does not seem to be an issue at present time.

The card backs feature a brown and white pup sitting on a grassy hill looking off into a
twilight sky. It is not reversible friendly but this deck is designed to be read in the upright position.

The deck is very balanced with positive as well as not so positive cards such as:

DDAccountability

DDAwakening

Accountability - Clean Up Your Mess
Arrogance - Get Off the Pedestal
Companionship - Through Thich and Thin
Guilt – Turn Off the Alarm
Protection – Put Up Your Guard
Tenderness – Gentle Loving Care

DDBalance

The companion book is well put together and well thought out. There is a full-color image of each card in the book and it includes an interpretation for "If you fetched this card..." and "Another bone to chew on..." which gives questions to ponder and advice.

The
Divine Dog Wisdom Cards is a fun and insightful deck that is great for the dog lover. It can easily be used by anyone from beginner, to advanced, to even professional, as it would be a great “affirmation builder.”
