In This Issue

Welcome to the Halloween supplement of Tarot Reflections!  This is a great time of year, especially for us readers!  It's great to be able to do what we do "in the open" and be more accepted, and some of us like to embrace the dark and creepy side of ourselves when we do interact with the public during this time of the year.  However, I would like to ask that all readers do so with a "grain of salt" so to speak, so we don't unintentionally confirm some unfortunate stereotyping about who we are.  I've read for hundreds of people who have never had readings in venues that aren't geared toward the metaphysical (mainstream business expos, etc.), and the public has some crazy ideas about who we are and what we do!  My favorite thing to do is to blast those ideas right out of their heads and replace them with some awesome insight! :o)

Time to announce the winner of the October contest!  I just noticed there is a typo in the deadline that said the contest deadline was "2009!"  It doesn't matter how many times I proofread... *sigh*  Hopefully, it didn't deter anyone from entering!  If so, please be sure to enter the Halloween contest in this issue!

Congratulations, Gina George of Melbourne, Australia!!!

for her correct guess of The Queen of Hearth and Home from The Heart of Faerie Oracle deck by Brian and Wendy Froud.  Her new deck is on its way to her as I write this, hopefully in time for Halloween!

We've worked hard on this issue, so we hope you like it!  Enjoy your holiday!
