Spring is sprouting here in the Pacific Northwest! I noticed little green buds on my peach tree, blueberry bushes and lilac. Mother Nature, with the help of the Fae, are bringing life back little by little. Here we are already planning the garden and container plants for the year. This is also a good time to look back at goals that were set at the beginning of the year and see if they are still relevant and if we are on course.

Let's check in and see what the Fae have to say for the end of winter and the beginning of spring…

Scan 20

The beginning of the month is a great opportunity to prune back area in your life that need it. Sometimes cutting back the dead wood makes room for new and explosive growth. So look at what isn't working for you any more and let it go. After you prune away the dead wood then rest. Play. Rediscover things that you loved to do in the past but that maybe have put away. Indulge and enjoy. Put on those rose colored glasses and discover the good things that are coming your way.

Mid month is a great time to explore your shadow side. What do you fear? Why? What is the worst thing that could happen if you faced it head on? Be honest with yourself. Again, what is is worst thing that could happen if you faced your fear head on? If you don't face it you will become frozen with fear, but if you choose to face it, you have possibly every thing to gain. Strength AND confidence are waiting for you.

Ask the Fae to walk beside you this month while you face on of the things that you are afraid of. Write out your what frightens you in as much detail as possible. How many different outcomes can you come up with? Write them all out. Think about the differences or what is different with each outcome. Think about how our Faerie friends would tackle your fear. Write down what you think their plan would be. Lastly, imagine a friend comes to you with the same fearful situation. How would you advise your friend to get through the fear?

Towards the end of the month it's time to pull out that “to-do” list and get to work. What have you been wanting to finish? What project have you wanted to start? Now is the time to get busy! Clean out the closets, dust away the cobwebs, clean out the junk drawer. Bring the spirit of “Spring Cleaning” into your life! You will be so much happier without the clutter and will enjoy marking a few things off of your list!

A nice stone to wear or carry this month is Unakite.

unakite

Unakite helps balance physical emotions and is a fantastic grounding stone. Unakite is a stone of vision and is great for those who give readings to others. It can help balance emotions with spirituality. It can help release conditions that keep one growing spiritually and phycologically.

Unakite can help one recover from major illness. Can help with reproduction system and stimulates healthy pregnancies and healthy babies.
