Using the Faerie Guidance Oracle by Paulina Cassidy...

Today is an unusually warm summer-like day here in the Pacific Northwest. We should reach a toasty 81°; yep 81° is considered pretty warm around here. :D  My garden is planted and things are beginning to sprout. I am experimenting with some new veggies and some new techniques this year. This is always such an exciting time for me. I love watching seedlings spring up from the soil. I have also brought in Mason Bees to help with pollination and I am anxious to see what a difference they make. As always, I am also grateful for the assistance that I receive with my garden from the Faeries each season. Let’s see what they have to say for the month of March…

FFMay13

The first part of the month, they are asking you to look for ways to be considerate of all beings, big, small, feathered, crawly or what not. Looking for non-chemical ways to take care of pest problems and weed control can be of a huge benefit, not only to our environment but to the Fae, and all of the creatures that we share our space with.  Taking care of our planet and all of the beings on it is very important to the Faeries and the more we demonstrate this - the closer connection we can have to Faerie.

This is also a good time to ask the Faeries to come in and bless your garden. Ask them for abundant growth and a healthy bounty. Don’t forget to leave a little space to go wild, just for them, if you can.

Look for ways to offer small acts of kindness without any expectation for return. Pay for the coffee for the person behind you. Take some flowers to a retirement home and ask the receptionist to give them to someone who needs a little lift in spirit. Leave a little treat out of the birds. Notice these things don’t have to cost much - it is the gesture that's important.

Implement this into your life and watch how things begin to change around you. You might find yourself very surprised!

Around the middle of the month, you may feel like you have bitten off more than you can chew in regards to some project, or you may just have your self-belief shaken just a bit. When this happens, try not to fret. This is a temporary state of mind. Ask for guidance to come in for your highest good then take a step back and re-examine the situation. You will find that you are right where you need to be and you will be able to forge ahead, smiling, certain that you can tackle anything that comes your way. You may find writing down 7 things each day that you love about you, things that you are good at, things that are special or are unique about you during this unsettling time proves helpful.

By the end of the month you will be feeling much more yourself and back in sync with the world around you. This will be an excellent time for those of you who do readings or any type of spiritual work as useful energy will be able to flow through you. This is a good time to push away anything that is negative in your life or things that might be draining you. This is a good time to let Spirit or your Higher Self be your guide; let it take control and go with the flow. Be sure to check on those houseplants, do necessary pruning of dead leaves.

A nice stone to carry this month is the Sunstone.

Sunstone

This stone is linked to luck and good fortune. It can help clear and energize the chakras. The Sunstone can help heighten intuition and can help ones true self shine through. It can alleviate stress and help increase vitality. It can be very helpful for those who have difficulty saying “No.” It can act as an antidepressant as it increases self-worth and self-belief.

It can help chronic sore throat, reduce stomach tension and can bring relief to those suffering from ulcers.*
