I can hardly believe that it is June already. It feels like I am flipping pages of my monthly calendar much faster than I should have to. Time seems going faster and faster. It seems like just yesterday we were celebrating the new year and here Midsummer's Eve is almost upon us!

Let's see what the Fae have to tell us for the month of June…

The beginning of the month you may find it best to go with the flow and not try to paddle against the current. You may feel that you want to buck the system, but this is a time to trust the natural rhythm of life and understand that things are happening for a reason. Letting yourself float through this bit of a bumpy stretch should prove to be the best course of action. Though you may not have all of the answers at the present moment, as the month progresses everything will become clearer and clearer.

You may also want to take a look at the amount of water you are drinking. Water is an essential element in our lives, make sure you are getting enough, especially as we move into the warmer weather.

You may also benefit from physically being in or near water. Find a lake, stream, or pond and go hang out. Take your shoes off and get your feet wet. Who knows, you just might run into a water sprite or two!

Here the Northern Hemisphere - Summer Solstice falls at 9:39 am PDT on the 21st of June this year, putting that very near the middle of the month. Solstice brings extremes of daylight and darkness. How synchronistic it is that the Wee Folk should put forward the card Light as our middle of the month image. I LOVE that!

That all being said, remember - where there is light, there is also darkness. It is important to be aware of the extremes that are happening in your life. Where can you bring things into a better balance? What/Who do you need to add to your life? What/Who do you need to remove?

June 24th is Faerie Day, so here we have another opportunity to reach out to the Friendly Folk. Plant a special flower, create a Faerie garden, or simply leave out a special treat for them on their special day.

Opposed to the beginning of the month, this is a time to take actions and change situations. This is a fantastic time to work candle or fire magic. As a cross quarter day - Midsummer's Eve - the veil between human and Faerie is very thin at this time, some say this is a time where our worlds merge. You may experience a heightened sense of Faerie as you go through your day to day tasks. Remember, you are always supported by a very large realm of spiritual beings that stand ready to jump in and help you out. All you have to do is ask for their assistance.

The last part of the month comes with a reminder about your self talk. What you say (and think) is what you become. If you speak of love, kindness and abundance – that is what will come your way. The Universe hears what we say and responds. This is a powerful time for manifesting, so be careful what you wish for as you are likely to get it. This would be a terrific point to set goals, build a dream or vision board, write and post affirmations, or start a gratitude journal.

A nice stone to wear or carry during the month of June is Jade.

jade

Jade is a protective stone that can help increase love, nurturing, attract good luck and friendship. Jade can soothe the mind and help one let go of negative thoughts. It also is known as a “dream stone,” bringing insightful dreams.

Jade can help the body's filtration systems. It can help remove toxins from the body and balances body fluids.

*Stone healing properties are not intended to replace the advice of your doctor.

As always, I hope you find that this message from the Fae helps guide you through the ups and downs of this month!!  Remember to say a special little thank you to our Fae Friends for the guidance, insight and entertainment!

See you again next month and keep the faith!
